We know the reason you are here is because you either are thinking of buying from us or you have bought from us. Thank You!
Your satisfaction is important. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, (this may not apply to some items, and if you do not have the box, packet, gunny sack, etc. that it came in, no worries.)
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Most often this is something we would already know.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or in some other way that you would be happy with.. i.e. Replacement, Store Credit, Check, Paypal, etc.. we will make it right.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days that LightCutters has no control over, depending on your card issuer’s policies. However, we will process your refund immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Some items make no sense to ship back.. That will be determined at the time of the refund or exchange request.
If we are shipping a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be paid by LightCutters. We don’t feel we should ding you for something that we provided as inferior, broken or that you are not happy with.
